Acusio was born in Denver, Colorado, but was raised in beautiful Launa Niguel, California. From the age of 9, Acusio played football and stuck with it all the way through high school and college. After starting at quarterback at Hamilton High School for two seasons, he was recruited by Division III Concordia University Chicago to play the game he loved. After 3 seasons, he decided to hang up the cleats and focus on his path towards personal training. He graduated from Concordia with a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science & Fitness Management in just 3 ½ years and became a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association in the meantime. From his time as an athlete and in school, Acusio has been exposed to and learned a wide variety of ways to make his clients achieve their fitness goals and then some. Acusio specializes in weight loss and body sculpting, increasing muscle strength and size, and enhancing athletic performance & conditioning.
